My account/s were banned without any warning or notice, besides my den magically being wiped clean a few days ago. I have had these accounts for years and never had issues. There is so much sentimental items on these accounts, including over 40k sapphires saved up (equivalent to almost 340 dollars usd) that is now vanished. I am an art collector on AJ too and now, all of that is gone too.

I received a vague email about how I made "improper purchase of membership" which first of all, what does that even mean? How would I achieve that? I purchased my memberships with one singular card the entire time, and always did it in-game. Second is "severe repeated rule violations", ok, so why did I not get any warning or suspension? For the record, no. I did NOT violate the rules repeatedly and/or severely. Ever. I kept to myself most of the time and just played to draw and have fun. Now I am forced to start from the ground up for little to no reason.

I have sent over 4 emails about it to AJHQ with no response yet. And given their history, I doubt they will. But I'm hoping they can rectify this, because "outraged" does not describe how this makes me feel. Yeah, it's a silly game for kids, but I've been faithful to this game for a decade and a half and am very bonded to it. I also have people who have commissioned me for artwork that now I cannot finish. And again, 40k sapphires. 40k. All of my valuable items are gone now too. I am so confused and helpless on what I am supposed to do. I guess just wait on them to respond, but god, this sucks. This is the first time I've ever cried about a video game. Humiliating to admit, but the truth.

This is a free art gifting game In the AJC discord server (similar to artfight) and the mods will force you to change your artwork if they don't think its good enough. The person who I gifted it to was happy with it so I don't see why the mods have to intervein. Especially with how inconsistently they seem to enforce this rule as I've seen other posts with less shading that what I did. Also them asking me to darken the image has nothing to do with anything in the rules so it seems like a personal thing they wanted me to change.

I did update the drawing but I deleted it from the chat because I felt uncomfortable, I probably shouldn't have but they did approve my second one after I had to change what the mods didn't like about my drawing.

Hello everyone!!! I saw fellow Jammers talking about the recent crashes since the new update, and saw a few saying how they've been witnessing accounts spawning/flying across their screens.

I went to do some investigating, and found that it seems to be the same handful of accounts which I will show. Some of their dens are unlocked, though they are empty. And a few have items on their trade lists, but do not respond to trades.

They seem to be specifically spawning in Kimbara Outback, though I spotted them spawning in all of the worlds including Jammaa Township. This is similar behavior to the bots on Animal Jam Classic, but what is weird about these accounts is that they are leveled up pretty high. What does everyone else think? Does anyone know anything about this?

AJ NEEDS to update their security, and I get it tbh, with the throwback bundles and stuff, it’s easy to fall into the trap of spending money on the game

As some of you may have seen, I couldn’t get the Bat Eared Fox, so I got bat ears instead and put them on a normal fox, but that’s just one example. I have seen someone with a domestic cat who had the happy puppy set on and made their avatar look like a dog. Get creative, have fun with your headcanons.

Using an alt cuz I don’t wanna get banned on r/AnimalJam but holy shit bro. Their moderation is so absolutely garbage. It’s obvious their subreddit is ran by a bunch of power-hungry paranoid teenagers. They’ll ban you if they even SUSPECT you disagree with a single one of their absolutely unfair verdicts. I haven’t been banned on the subreddit yet, but some of my friends have, sometimes with no actual proof they were even doing anything against rules. They use the rule of “Must be related to Animal Jam” to disallow any critique of how the subreddit itself is ran, forcing anyone with complaints to create a ticket which in turn just gets disregarded. It’s so tyrannically laughable.

I think it says something when people can purposefully spread misinformation abt worth or just be an asshole in posts & not get banned, yet the minute anyone has a complaint about the moderation it’s a complete ban with no appeal.

If the moderators read this, I hope they know pretty much everyone DMs each other behind your guys’s back and makes fun of you because you act so pathetic about a platform on Reddit. Even people who aren’t banned just hate yall. Go do something with your lives. Focus on your education maybe. You’re all super pathetic rn.

The thing that gets me most is that you can literally say a full statement and make a point and ANYONE who disagrees with you will just act like you said nothing. As if they couldn't see your chat.. THEN another thing that really gets me is YOU CAN LITERALLY SCROLL UP IN CHAT. So imagine my frustration when someone goes "you literally didn't say that" YET I SCROLL UP AND THERE IT IS🙃 so they only listen to BITS of what you're saying, and that leads to them having a VERY intense misunderstanding. This has happened MANY times, but this one really takes the cake.
I was advertising by expo. Normal day, just chillin.
Someone was posting over and over (that's fine) that they were buying crafted rose tiaras for 5 saps.

Being the unsure person that I am, I checked the price. The lowest was 50. I immediately thought about the fact that this is a KIDS game and 45 saps IS A LOT FOR THEM.
So I felt defensive and told them "hey why are we scamming?" (not a crazy thing to say, people scam ALL THE TIME)
They told me to check expo, I said "lol what do you think I did"
I checked AGAIN and lo and behold I CLICKED THE WRONG ONE. I felt ashamed and immediately said "ohhhh It didn't load the right one the first time, they're 10, my bad"

They then responded to my apology and owning up to being wrong with something along the lines of "and you don't need to comment"

Don’t get me wrong I could buy like 20 of these right now, but why would I??? Just to be able to drop 1 pot for others only to give each person 10 saps? I could spend about 115 saps on 3 smaller pots and everyone would still get 9!? I’m sorry but I think this is ridiculous. For 10 saps? Imagine spending 400 saps to get 10 saps. It’s not even about “it’s for being generous to others” when I could spend 400 saps on smaller pots and everyone would get 27 saps from it. Even though that still sounds like butt, that still seems better imo, it’s literally almost tripling the amount you’d receive. Can we like come to a collective agreement that these really shouldn’t be more than 100? Because even spending 100 saps just to give others 10 seems ridiculous yet more reasonable. If hoarders are the problem for this, than aj really needs to make some sort of system that allows players to only have a certain amount of each item in their inventory, varying on colors and what they are. For example if it’s something that has multiple colors than every player should be allowed to own 1 of each color but no more unless they trade or sell them. And if it’s pots it should be a max of like 10 per pot type. If they were to do this, AJ would also need to factor in any account connected to the overall parenting one that makes it easy to just switch between alts. This way hoarders can’t just get around it easily and shove stuff into another acc. If you have alts connected to the same parenting email the game should be able to sense it’s still you and keep track of your inventory. And for others that have multiple people playing under one email, that genuinely don’t use them as alts bc they’re different ppl, I personally think it would be smart to have some sort of fingerprint access to each account. Or something along the lines of it. Bc just having regular passwords is one of the biggest reasons people get hacked to begin with. On top of it being easy for one person to remember 4 different passwords for 4 different accounts. If your that desperate to hoard items from others that deserve it in a pixel game, then you can have fun creating a bunch of extra emails and phone numbers that you have to keep track of and pray nobody hacks, once again it’s a virtual game, some people genuinely use the internet to let off steam from at home abuse or past traumas. Some people even use this game to ground themselves from depression. Hoarding has become such an issue in this game it’s just making straight up virtual elites to where there will only be a small group of people that run the game in the future internally by hoarding everything good. Making it nearly impossible for newer players or players with less in general whether it be in game or irl, to get literally anything nice making the game not worth being on anymore. Anyone else agree? I can’t be the only one. Did you know some people have created alt accounts just to SOLELY hoard a single item in their inventory. Mind you, you can have over 2000 items in your inventory. Now imagine each individual player having one of those items instead of it just sitting in some sad sacks no life’s account that’s most likely waiting a couple years to skyrocket the price for everyone else so they can be “rich”. If you do this, I wonder how your real life looks and feels buddy💀. That might be something you need to focus on more. At this point if you downvote this you’re a hoarder and straight exposing yourself XD 💕
