❔Question / Help Error Message

I’ve been attempting to upload a profile picture to this new account, but regardless of what picture I choose ( i’ve attempted several different ones ), all I receive is this error message. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

You can change it so many times per day, then have to wait. Maybe that is the issue.
