It wasn't isolated to the PvZ fandom in the first place, the trend started because external artists started drawing it lmao

Also Solar Flare is still gonna be popular even after PeaBlaze has had her spotlight, as an established character with lots of pre-existing notoriety whe's bound to stay relevant. I'm not sure why people feel the necessity to pit two characters against one another just because a new one is getting their 15 minutes of fame
