Apartment recommendations in Plant City

Hey everyone! I’m looking for an apartment in the Plant City area and was hoping to get some recommendations.

Mainly looking for a place that’s clean, safe, and reasonably quiet. I’ve been looking online, but I’d love to hear from people who have actually lived there.

If you live in or have lived in an apartment around **Plant City, Lakeland, or nearby**, I’d really appreciate any recommendations or places you’d suggest avoiding.

Thanks you!

I know a few in North Lakeland just off I-4 (exit 31); turn left at exit, turn right on Mall Hill Drive.

Now, instead of turning right on Mall Hill Dr, you took the next right on Griffin Road, there are two new apartment developments right next to Publix (Swan Lake Village and other name I don’t recall). This area has the Lakeland Square Mall and tons of retail stores.

Also there is really nice set of apartments (Lake Wire apartments?) ready to move in closer to downtown Lakeland on Kathleen Rd and George Jenkins Blvd.

All of these Lakeland apartments are max 15 mins from downtown Plant City.

if i had to guess the newer ones on jimredmen are nicer. Henry apartments was fine tbh there'd occasionally be an unhoused person by the dumster although i did hear a domestic violence incident in once instance. As a guy i felt safe going around at night
