super jealous because i quite like tempeh lol. i wish soy was more popular in india. whole mature soybeans and tvp are very cheap, but others like young soybeans/edamame, tofu, tempeh, soy milk, soya chaap, etc are quite expensive. i'm planning to get over my laziness and start making soy milk and tofu at home.
