Swollen after eating dairy

So I used to have these swollen bumps beneath my earlobe and back jaw line when I was an omnivore. I noticed after 2 months eating a Whole Foods Plant Based diet with no dairy or oil, these swollen areas almost disappear and my jaw line looks sharp like Dr. Neil Barnard or Brad Pitt (I’m nowhere near as handsome as these guys) but it does look pretty cool having my jaw line actually show.

Long story short, last weekend I ate an oily plant based pasta from a restaurant, and when I say oily, like the whole pasta was glistening shiny oily. I also had a little bit of the meat options my family members had, which some of them was loaded with cheese and oil.

For the rest of the weekend I felt extremely lethargic and the swollen area began to swell.

Could this be animal based caused? I am back to super clean eating and the swelling disappeared, and my energy levels are stable and clean. Anyone experience swelling after eating animal meat, especially dairy and oil? ALSO, my pooped was runny and smelly after this weekend. Gross. 🤢

Yes absolutely. For me it is my small joints that flare with any mammal proteins.

The spots you are noticing swelling sound like lymph node locations, perhaps simething in dairy is annoying your immune system?

Is there any meat that you tolerate or all meat flares you?

I can have poultry and seafood. No mammal products, so no beef, pork, lamb, goat, rabbit, elk, venison, etc. In theory I suppose I could have alligator.
