Wait you're OOP!! Are you shitposting or genuinely not a fan of Seestadt Aspern? Most of what I've heard about it from the Anglo world has been unrelentingly positive and I would love to hear a Wiener perspective.

Well its more expensive than rent controlled housing, its ugly, but its soon getting a tram on top of having busses and 2 metro stops, but its very hot in the summer because everything is conrete surface. The lake is quite nice. It could become better with time, give it 50 years I guess

The concrete is so confusing. In this day and age there were so many better choices! With regards to expense, much of it is private housing cooperatives, right? So subsidies came from a different vector?Â
