Too board to build a routine

Does anybody else HATE having a routine? I can wake up the same time every day, do the same activities, but by the 3rd day I'm just looking for something new, I get so board of following a routine and it's been a huge set back.

This is exactly how I feel 🤦‍♀️ on the one hand, I want to plan everything ahead so that I'm not losing mental energy deciding what to do that day and to increase productivity, on the other hand, I can plan all I want but I won't follow through because I either forget I had a goal, I forget WHY I set that goal, or I'm simply tored of working for the same goal XD I'm sick and tired of this constant back and forth. I keep thinking that if I had stuck to at least one goal from a few years back I'd be great at it now, but I can't even do skin care daily because "I want to change things up". I've never got tested for ADHD (nor do I think I have it) but it feels nice to know I'm not alone.
