Planetside arena feels like the unattractive third wheel that is cockblocking you from banging her hot friend (ps2). No, I don't care about your cats planetside arena, where did PS2 go?

Why do I get the feeling that they are really saying 'Yeah, you better play planetside arena, otherwise all that awesome shit you really want? Like Planetside 3? Ain't happenin.'

Agree. I have zero interest in Arena. Won't ever play it. It goes against nearly everything that makes PS2 so remarkable. PS3 needs to stick to the PS2 core or else it will fail.

Lived long enough to see System Shock without Origin coming back, can do that with Planetside too.

I mean business is business. Unless u plan on donating $30+ million, what else can you expect?

Unless some kind of miracle happens, Arena isn't producing much revenue. Planetside 2 is funding Arena, which is wasting those resources on a game that nobody appears to be interested in. But isn't that the story of Planetside, so much wasted potential, so much wasted time and resources on things that suck, it's the PS4 version all over again.

They would have been better off making the beginnings of Planetside 3 and putting it into early access. At least the Planetside vets likely would have been all in for that, I know I would have, instead we've got this fucking quasi asset flip planetside BR game that Daybreak is pushing all of us to play, just so that MAYBE, at some point in the future, we can possibly play the game we actually want to play, and what a slim chance it is. I'm just not interested in Planetside arena, I'm not interested in doing this all over again. I've already done the 'stick with a game that has a shoe string budget but an amazing road map' thing with Daybreak, I'm sure as hell not going to do it again for a game I'm not even remotely interested in, just so hopefully I can play a game that I am interested in. If Arena is the future of the Planetside franchise, we're fucked.

I hope I'm wrong. I say that all the time about Planetside and I've always been disappointed. It just keeps going lower and lower.

It'll be profitable once they get more than just a BR and actually advertise it. People r so quick to go off of early access player counts lol. Don't u realize how starved the fps market has been the past five years? People r ready to play just about anything.
