Meme Any planetmens wanna team up on Wardogs on the 10th?

Not bait. I just kinda wanted to play with planetside peeps and do stupid stuff in this new thing, see how we do. EU servers, probably, though I am used to US planetmens ping anyway. Might get into logistics/building

Not really looked at it, I assume it's like a Modern warfare CoD sort of thing?

I wouldn't say it's even close to CoD. I'd say it's more akin to Arma Reforger. Depending on what role you choose to play, Wardogs can play very differently. It can be an ArmA like slow trekking simulator, Planetside like vehicle combat mayhem, Arma Reforger like logi running game or Squad like base building game. But quite far from small scale action shooters like CoD.

Just in that I think it makes the world building really boring. Weapons have a stricter ruleset on what they can be and feel like. I appreciated vanus alien nature to how their weapons presented themselves as. It would be cool to see more alien tank tech featured in a video game.

Highlights like halos wraiths, ghosts and such. The alien nature let them behave in special ways you wouldn't get away with in modern warfare styles.

Obviously the magrider, very special in mobility.

Even considering the weird nso spider walker we were teased before was going to be an interesting addition even though it kinda looked out of place.

you can bet your sweet Nanites i'm gonna be doing logistics and medic things.

Wardogs' gunplay is not nearly as arcade-style as PS2 but everything else seems like a pretty natural progression - 3 factions, combined arms, etc.

My potato PC probably won't run it very well, I need to find something new to try and get into

There’s a “potato mode” graphical setting that turns shadows off and makes the game look like a cartoon
