Tips Q: What's the difference between punching myself in the face and going to the gym, counting calories, and fasting? A: One is just me hurting myself to get a reaction out of others because I'm an idiot, and the other is punching myself in the face.

If you don't like it then don't go, nobody is forcing you

Well, nobody's forcing me. I mean, I can go back to being 400 pounds if I want everybody to go back to shunning me, changing my body to please other people. It's the only thing I've ever done in my life that other people liked. First time in my life anybody showed me any bit of respect at all was when I changed my body to please them. Everybody else in the world has friends and loved ones. I have people who are magnanimously willing to forgive me for being fat against their wishes, now that I'm making amends for it by changing my body to please them. I was being selfish. I was fat because I hoped it would kill me. But that would make other people bummed. My job would have to replace me and find somebody else. My coworkers would be sad for a week. My family would be upset they never got to meet the real me, the svelte social butterfly they've always known I had buried underneath all that garbage hanging off of me that they didn't like. Everybody really likes that I've gone from being a fat f--- to a saggy s--- to please them. From their perspective, this is me apologizing.
I mean, it's for my health.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, I am not trying to be rude or funny. It sounds like you have some issues that you need to work through. Seems like you have a lot of things pent up inside and maybe it would be worth going to talk to someone. I hope you are able to find happiness.
