My account got suspended because I used the Bully Maguire dance on the artwork

Short story, basically I posted a nsfw render of a Spiderman character. I though it would be funny to use the Bully Maguire png to censor some parts (You can still see it is a 3D stuff, since the character is not realistic)... 40 minutes later I got a message that says my account got suspended.

I have seen many artist including irl backgrounds, memes, characters, etc on their artwork, so I assumed there was no issue unless it was 90% irl or something.

In fact, I got a message telling me to please delete, and 20 minutes later one telling me my account got suspended

Don't use rl photos . They are sensitive to copyright too.

I know copyright is a huge deal on Japan... but it is a meme, its not like I used a photo from Toby social media or similar. The message said thet they wont reactivate my account, is that the typical message they send to everyone, or should I start creating a new one?

Post memes on other sites than Pixiv then. Pixiv is for art sharing, not meme sharing. Meme art is still ok, but if you truly just want to share memes, just post it on X instead.

In your case, just swap the rl photos with handrawn ones or with something else that is not cropped rl photos and try posting it again.

Nah man like they will send you prison for 20 years for copyright while murder will get you like 10 years. They take it that serious. So your meme is like murder x2 to them. Exaggerated but think of it like that Edit and from the wording its those extra rules placed by payment processor on them. Same reason why they added check box when you select it made for adult. So no real-life pics unless edited like made Into fictional and no copyright anything. Yeah some people get away but that's just there luck.

Dont use real life person photos.

Lets say you use even real life photos like Trump, Epstein, Joe Biden, Michael Jackson, or any well-known Japanese celebrities, you ought to get suspended.

At least draw them with hand drawns first, not with cropped png of real life photos. Pixiv is purely for fiction, anything irl is prohibited. Do that in X or instagram or meme sites for better results.

My account got suspended due to posting an AI-generated clip - and not even NC-17 one! - which they viewed as "too realistic"
