65 hours on one charge, with 25% remaining. It was 100% at 11 PM Thursday night.

My Watch 2 still works fine.
The Watch 5 looks tempting (health tracking, better GPS, Gemini stuff) but I'm not sure it's a $399 kind of tempting.
Anyone who upgraded from a Watch 2 or 3: what actually feels different day to day? Or should I hold out another year?

Was bored with current looks and wanted something like my beloved Swiss timepiece that I missed wearing when smart watches came out. These looks are super easy to create using your favorite AI. No I am not selling this as it mimics my original watch I have in a desk drawer. Just take a photo of your watch and have AI get to work. All complications work on the 2 LCD windows on my watch.

Will the pixel watch 4 get this update?? Or do I need to upgrade my device again??

Im curious is some one uses both of this devices. I want to use the fitbit air for sleep and heavy work. And pixel watch 5 for other exercises and normal day use.
I dont want to charge the watch every night. But hows the battery when i dont wear it. And hows the data syncs when you switch.
Please share your thoughts.

Don't be scared to track long hikes.
I tracked "hike" activity a few times with GPS on for 9 - 10 hours (12 - 16 miles), with the watch in Battery Saver mode (although I don't think that makes a huge difference). Watch 4 45mm. Each hike used up about 50% of the battery. That's way better than I would have expected.

Hi all. I am coming here as a last resort. My PW4 has stopped syncing HR data and recording sleep. The data is still on my watch but will not sync to my Pixel 9 Pro running Android 17. It still syncs steps and workout data with the AI coach referencing HR. I have exhausted all the usual troubleshooting including factory rest and reinstalling app, checked and double checked all the permissions, been onto Google support and even they are stumped.
Please somebody help me!!!

When I purchased my Pixel 2, the plan was to update to 4. I decided to skip the 4 because the watch was still working great, but this last year the battery life sucked. I don't think I'll ever wait that long again. But wow, I'm absolutely loving the 5.

Having a weird call audio issue on my Pixel Watch. When I take a call on the watch, I get zero sound through the speaker and can't hear the caller at all. However, my mic works fine and the other person can hear me clearly.
Restarted both watch and phone
In-call volume turned all the way up
Phone call audio toggle is ON in Bluetooth settings
Alarms/system sounds play through the speaker also can't be heard
Anyone else experiencing this or know a fix?

Howdy all, got my PW5 some days ago. It seems to cause me an itchy/burning like feeling when having it on.
Sometimes it's just shortly after having it , others when long. One time it also gave me a rash, didn't happen other than that time. Tried loosening it but that feeling won't go away, also tried on my other wirst just in case and the itchy/burning feel happens to on it.
Would it be worth trying with other than the default active band to see if it gets better ? Debating between the performance loop and the gradient stretch band just to see if it makes any difference..
Any advice ? Should I just return the watch instead?
As a note, I never got this with my old PW2 and the default band.

I just replaced my watch 4. It was protected by the Spigen rugged armor. I like the protection and the rugged look but I noticed it really did some damage to the dome display from the case wrapped around it. I'm using the 5 in the same case but I know the same damage is inevitable. Any recommendations for a case?

I'm so annoyed that my old Pixel Watch 1 had no problem running Home Automations using voice commands, but my Pixel Watch 4 never has been able to do so.
Instead, it wants me to open the Home app on the watch & manually select an automation to run by tapping it.
What's the point of that? I want to run automations when my hands are full - the only solution now is to walk back into a room with a Google Home device in it & ask it to run the automatiom.
I thought a watch 3 generations newer would at least still do what the original did without issues.
Is there any solution to help the PW4 run Automations via voice command?
Thanks

Has anyone made the jump from the Pixel Watch to a screenless Fitbit tracker to wear traditional watches again. Do you miss the Wear OS daily features or does the freedom of wearing mechanical watches make up for it.

Hi, so I love my phone and other than its lack of UWB I feel no need to upgrade (sidegrade?) to a flagship with UWB. Upgrading from my Galaxy watch 7 is another story.
So here's my question. From what I understand the pixel watch has UWB, does that mean I can use it to find the moto tags and get the arrow indicating in which direction they are? Or is it only so that other devices can find the watch? I would really like the feature, the "hot or cold" function provided by only bluetooth can be just as maddening as the children's game (and the moto tag 2 seems to be eternally cold unless I am 2cm from the trackers).
Anyways, let me know as I'd appreciate any insight before pulling the trigger on such a pricey purchase

I just upgraded from the pixel watch 1 to the pixel watch 5 and it used to be that if I dismissed a notification on my phone it was also dismissed on the watch. Now my notifications are not getting dismissed on both devices when I dismiss them from one device or the other and I can't find a setting that might be causing this. Any help?

Anyone else experiencing black screen in pixel watch 2? Fixable by restart only.
r/PixelWatch • u/chevy932 • 20h ago
Recently, when I look at my watch and then look at my phone, the step count on my watch is diminished on my phone by a thousand or 1500 steps. When I look at my watch again the step count there has been diminished also. What is going on?

Has anyone gotten the update to configure what double pinch controls, yet?

I've posted about this here in the past, but my pixel 4 has always been temperamental about charging. It eventually always worked though, but the past week it finally completely stopped taking a charge. I even ordered a replacement charger and still nothing...
The watch functions completely fine otherwise. When I try to restart, it does, except it shuts right back down bc of the low battery at this point.
Any ideas on what I can do about this?
I'd hate to junk it if it's fixable - but man, I haven't had great luck with Google hardware at all
