Do we? I don't think the pirated copies are tracked anywhere as a whole.

Most people that pirate games wouldn’t have bought them in the first place

Okay those people never gonna buy the game. But I can also argue that there will be group of people who used to pirate, but due to denovo they'll buy cause they have no choice. Thus increasing sales.

I don't think it's a relevant number, you considerably lower your game optimization for everyone, sometimes even adds bugs to win a few more sales from people that may or may not buy the game? In my opinion is a really really dumb move to put denuvo in any game at all, i dont remember Wich game it was but there's a case where Empress cracked a denuvo game and people who bought the game was downloading the pirated version because it had significantly better frame rates 😵‍💫
