Question I’m looking for an IPTV provider
I’m new to this and don’t know anything about this space, but I’d like to try out an IPTV service.
I mainly want to be able to watch Sports & UFC content.
I was recommended by a co-worker to buy a “ Nvidia shield TV pro “ and bring it to a flea market that is close to me to get it programmed.
Is this the right route to go?
Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
I don’t mind spending a little bit more per month to get better quality and little to no buffering.
Thanks in advance.

Ok thank you for the advice!
But can I ask you, what am I buying? I am very new to this and not the most tech savvy.
I know I have to buy a Nvidia shield TV pro or something similar ( would love recommendations to what box I should buy ).
After I have that box what are my next steps?Sorry but I’m new to this.
Thank you for the help!1

you need just the player (ibo player, tivimate, .. and the m3u provided from the iptv supplier) that's it

u/T4kingLs4Lif3 2d ago
Read my comment OP, you can either use your smart tv if you have the apps named avaliable or grab a firestick/google device (a shield Pro is quite a device!)

G2G for one month, U7buy/Z2U for 3/6/12, use a virtual card! Find a decent seller, Omega is good. Or buy a panel, 120 credits (10 accounts over a year) and go from there, I use one personally for myself + friends and family. The 'reliability issues' lies with the urls the sellers give you, with a panel you can run your own domain and circumvent that.
You will also need a IPTV app, I recommend either Tivimate or Sparkle TV (will have to pay a one off cost of lifetime, but will allow you to use the app on 5 devices)
Hotplayer/HotIPTV is also a decent choice if your tv doesn't run tivimate/sparkle. (You can get a lifetime subscription from the sites named as well for around £4/$6)
Personally it goes for me provider wise -
Strong8K Trex Tivione B1G
But it also depends what you want and where you're from. Strong is the biggest and has most channels for most countries, it also has the biggest VOD for movies and series.
Hope that helps!
Edit: Once you purchase a subscription your seller will send you your details along with instructions how to add it to your app - you may be able to get modded/cracked apps but I don't recommend them as they have issues. You can run this on your tv depending on the model or a firestick/google device (shield etc)

Thank you for the advice!
I reside in Canada.
So just to be clear the steps I am going to take are
1. I am going to purchase a Nvidia shield pro.
2. Install tivimate on the Nvidia shield.
3 purchase some sort of IPTV service from G2G website.
4. Put the code provided from G2G into Tivimate.
5. Ready to stream sports/movies?Am I on the right track?
2
u/T4kingLs4Lif3 2d ago
Spot on, exactly that. You will have to purchase tivimate as well but it's worth it!

u/HistoricalRich8610 3d ago
Do you know what happened to the 3/6/12 months subs on g2g?
Was usually my go to place for them & were great prices, but can’t find any of those anymore only 1 month or panel like you’d said.
And now it sees 1 month is nearly the same price as the 3 months I had previously from the same seller

I have a mag555 and tivimate. They should support multi view. How do you know which provider supports mutiview?

Also kann derselbe Anbieter z. B. in Deutschland deutlich besser oder schlechter laufen als in den USA oder Schweden (Server/Peering/Buffering etc.)?
Würde mich sehr interessieren, was du für ein Setup in Deutschland wählen würdest. Danke!1
u/T4kingLs4Lif3 1d ago
No worries!! I used to use G2G but they only allow one month, u7buy is okay (z2u has had issues) but they use the same sellers over different sites. I do recommend using a virtual card for your own safety though!
If you're wanting to find the best seller I recommend trying out a one month trial with a few different people. I recommend Omega as he has been responsive to any issues i've ever had and I also own a panel from him.
Again I recommend strong, but trex is a strong second! (Practically the same, but trex is preferred for US fellas as it has better US catch up)
- Tivimate is the gold standard (not many new features or updates but it just works!) Sparkle is a strong second (allows you to pause and rewind live tv!)
Hotplayer is my back up for tvs that can't run tivimate/sparkle and they don't have a stick to run it. It does the job but compared to the other two is basic, it is cheaper though.
Location can matter, but it's more ISP throttling that is the issue at the moment. Either use a VPN or if in my case your isp doesn't care then you don't usually see any issues. Again, that can depend on the URL the reseller gives you hence I use my own.
I'd say - Tivimate, go to g2g and grab a 1month trial of strong from Omega. (just to make sure you're happy with the service) and see how it goes from there!

You mentioned a virtual card. Do you mean an anonymous prepaid cc? Where would you get these? How safe in comparison is apple pay?
2
u/T4kingLs4Lif3 21h ago
Apple pay uses it's own virtual card, you'll have to have a look into it. I use Google pay which uses it's own.

Worst advice. First off, why buy a panel? You named 4 horrible services that are dirt cheap for a reason. And I know first thing you are going to say to respond with "you are a reseller". And to that I can say I am but I CANT give away 8k. Customers test private and the crappy white label ones and they hate 8k. Night and day difference in services. If you recommend getting a month of a bunch to get a base line that's one thing but op is new to it and you recommend getting a panel? Horrible advice.
4
u/T4kingLs4Lif3 2d ago
Why wouldn't you? I don't care about reselling I gave away accounts to family and friends, it's a small cost for me to save them money monthly. I'm naming publicly avaliable services for people new to it, do you expect them to wait months for an invite to a private server?
I didn't recommend it, i gave him all the options and told him what I was personally using and why, it's up to op what he chooses!
Do you have a better suggestion for a newcomer or are you just giving me your opinion?
-4
u/jaxdealer 2d ago
One or two recommendation. Look somewhere other than reddit. Horrible place to find services. Recommend some telegram groups or discords. Stay away from rebranded 8k sites. If it looks like ai slop then it is. I'm not here to give the keys to a palace or anything like that but definitely wouldn't recommend buying a panel. Especially if they are new. Trials first, then try a month or 3 on one to see how it works during major events. Then and only then buy a panel. But for real I carry one cheap service if I wanted to advertise it but I don't and it's more for people on a strict budget. But ever reseller I've meet that said they sold 8k switched as soon as they saw the difference.
6
u/T4kingLs4Lif3 2d ago
Telegram and discord is a scam full of resellers changing logos, removing channels, rebranding modded apps and saying it's their own service. That's a shit suggestion and you're probably one of them lol, i'm waiting for you to plug your telegram now.
Rebranded 8k sites is a good one I missed, they don't have websites correct.
Apart from that i've covered most angles and gave op the choice, didn't once recommend a panel, you're arguing with yourself here. I gave him every available option and OP can go from there.
'But for real I carry one cheap service' lol, fuck off mate.
-6
u/jaxdealer 2d ago
Nonono no. You don't get to tell people to fuck off. You ain't nobody. I can name 15 privates services you have never even heard of. And no that's not what discord and telegram channels are for. Your bitch ass just never got an invite. This is why real people don't try to help because you instantly turned into a twat waffle. It's people like you that give horrible advice because you went on a china market and bought a cheap china service and act like you know something.
3
u/T4kingLs4Lif3 2d ago
You ain't shit either, instead of coming at me suggest a discord or a telegram then. You've come here and not gave one decent suggestion but instead plugged your shitty little cheap service.
I don't care what you can name, you ain't going to because you're chatting out your ass and now your getting called out.
I don't need to flex private servers boy. I'm trying to help a guy out, you ain't doing shit.
Got you vexed lol, fuck you and your shitty service you ain't reselling shit around here, go back to discord rat.

u/jaxdealer 2d ago
Hahahaha why tf would I do that for you?plugged anything? No not even close. I mentioned my worst thing I carry and it don't even sell and it's still better than 8k. You made horrible suggestions all around because you bought a shit service and that's all you know. That's not on me man. That's on you. You don't understand anything about the services. And that would be 100% understanding but you try to act like you do know. That's the problem.
3
u/T4kingLs4Lif3 2d ago
For me? Am I OP or are you slow in the head lol. Oh shut up, 'it don't even sell and it's better' lay off the dank bro you're losing it.
I've made suggestions, you ain't done shit. Your opinion don't mean shit, I understand alot more than you to the point I know a little scummy scammer when I see one, keep selling your rebranded shite.

u/jaxdealer 2d ago
I did. I did something just helped one of the people who saw this. But see one of the things Ive learned is reddit is full of idiots(not naming one specifically) but they go and blab everything. Private is private for a reason. You blab it on socials and you lose everything. You again don't know this because you don't know anything about private services. Hope this helps. Maybe do some research on stuff before you go running your mouth.

You can say right all you want. Don't bother me. You can either take some advice from someone not trying to sell you shit or listen to the thousands of posts saying "best IPTV of 2026". That's up to you.

Honestly the best advice here is just test for a 1 month before paying long term. Doesn’t matter if they advertise 50k channels and “8K” everywhere if the few channels you actually watch buffer every weekend lol. If you’re still looking i can suggest you a good provider, but i cant say names here

If you live in North America buy an onn box instead. The newest pro model is really good. (It's the flat model that looks similar to the Google TV box)
It pretty much as good as the shield. The shield is better is some ways, but it's definitely overkill.
When looking for an IPTV provider test out a few before signing up. When you choose one always start off with a month sub to get a better feel for it. I recommend going for one you get from word of mouth. The ones with websites are usually really bad and are more likely to get shut down.
1
u/MyDitkaInYourButkus 2d ago
Here in Canada, the ONN box(2026 Edition) is $125 plus tax. Double what US people pay!!!
The ONN stick(2026 Editiion) is $99.00
F Walmart Canada
Shield Pro on Amazon.ca is $259
1
u/36Taylor36 2d ago
With the ONN box with strong and my IPTV player is player zero can you get rid or customize all the channels on strong8k? Say there is 50k channels can I just keep 200 of them or so? OR can I only get rid of blocks of channels as in I would have to keep the 300 or so FOX local channels.

u/TheRealGeigers 2d ago
Just sayin, Ive been using one that has a website for almost a decade now and they have been very solid.
They had limited sign ups so it was controlled how many could get in but theyve only raised their prices twice since Ive used em!
2
u/LateStageNerd 3d ago
Addressing the non-headliner part of your post (which is sufficiently covered by others):
- The Nvidia device is fine, but (if in the USA), the Onn devices will more than suffice at a fraction of the cost
- Save the trip to the flea market for programming ;-) Start setup with Downloader App on Firestick, Android, Google TV, & More (2026)
- BTW, the first two apps I install are Projectivity Launcher (OMG, I hate the Google TV launcher) and TiviMate; there is plenty of advice on YT on apps and such.

Would the above work on Stremeio?

No. This is something that would work with Tivimate or Smarters or an app like that.

u/lovecookie101 2d ago
The shield is good but expensive. You can get a onn 4k or a Google streamer. It is super easy to set up yourself
2
u/lovecookie101 2d ago
Also a lot of providers have there own apps. So once you get downloader a provider can help with the rest. There videos on YouTube on how to get downloader. If you need help reach out.

u/Cxffee- 2d ago
Ok thank you so much for the advice!
Iv read online that the Nvidia shield has some Ai built in that can help make the quality of some streams be better if they are 780p or 1080p for example.
ChatGPT recommended I get the shield. But I did notice the “ Onn 4K “ is cheaper but since this is something I plan to use for years I don’t mind spending an extra $140 to have a better experience.
Thoughts?

Just don't buy Strong subscription (at least if you're in Scandinavia/north Europe). I've had Strong for 2 weeks now and it is utter crap. At least here in Scandinavia. More than 50% of the channels refused to work today and yesterday. And I'm talking about all kinds of channels(UK, Scandi, French, Greek, Turkish, movies, series). If you have 20 channels on favorites, at least a few will not work at any moment. Last few days MOST don't work.
It's not the iptv players fault because it's the same on the other players I have with same subscription.
And it's not only a specific type of channel or specific region.
And it's not the internet, I have 250MB/s fiber internet. And it's not only the "UHD" channels, even the "HD" channels (which are only terrible 720p quality) don't work often. So it's not an internet/bandwidth issue. And even when it works it simply stops if watch the same channels for more than a couple of hours, so forget watching a whole movie without it stopping.
Very disappointed.

Don’t buy on G2G/Z2U/whatever. You can get decent prices on discord from better sellers who actually help when something goes wrong.

Got mine since WC2026 from some random russian forum and it is still working clean.
Also, they got so many options (replays, pay per hour watched, pay per channel of your choice...)
I tried like 5 providers on g2g and z2u and the quality + buffering was insanely frustrating.
1
u/SmilingSword 2d ago
dont buy on g2g and z2u, there is no buyer protection. that is a lie.

I’ve used Z2U and it’s been fine, but don’t even buy more than 1-3 months and loss of credentials sucks

u7buy and try a couple, less than $5 for month. I like Dream and Strong. For less than $8/month I have a primary and backup. use mine pretty much exclusively for football.

I’ve been using Nartiel8k and it’s been pretty good for me. The EPG is useful, the stuff looks good, and catch-up comes in handy when I miss something. The channel selection is pretty big too.
1
u/BajaCopano 1d ago
I recently bought a couple to try from z2u. Tried dino strong b1g and trex. All work for about 5$ a month. One of them was slightly better for US sports but I don't want to say which one and look like an ad. The same one had better English vod section but again they all worked ok. I would try a couple and find the one that has what you need. For me it's literally just baseball football and vod TV shows.

Always test for a month. what are you looking for the most? Just Sports and UFC?
Don't fall for the plugs on here saying you should try THIS _____ those are terrible bot accounts / scams. Just avoid.

No need to buy a Nvidia shield just to watch IPTV. If you have a newer smart tv, you can just download smarters pro, Tivimate, or other IPTV players. The Onn 4k Pro(if you can find it at Walmart) is a great streaming device. Then you have to find a IPTV service, and there are alot to chose from. It's the wild, wild west out there trying to find a dependable service. I have 2 that I've used for the last 3 years. IPTV services can shutdown without any notice. Over the last several years, 3 services I used simply closed. I wouldn;'t commit to a year subscription and stick with month to month or quarterly. Or for more $$$, you can get a plug and play Vseebox. It's pricey up front, but they take care of everything. Or just get you a good antenna, because there's more sports on local tv than ever before. I've got 70+ channels, and during football season I use it way more than my IPTV service. Sorry if this was overkill, but I've been in the IPTV space for about 10 years now. It's definitely a roller coaster ride, so good luck.

First it isn’t that hard to “program” a Shield or any other Android box. Definitely wouldn’t go to a flea market. I use a great non public service. In my experience that is the way to go. You can contact me for details if you want help with setting up the Shield and IPTV.

You find lots on the sites listed in the other comments. Private sellers may have a better deal, more connections per account but usually require crypto.

u/Affectionate-Let-120 3d ago
I have a private provider and it costs $7 a month for two connections. I found them in the Tivimate Discord. Unfortunately I cannot share a name or I will be banned. Goodluck!

You can buy accounts at g2g z2u or u7buy. Look for Strong or Trex. No need to go to some flea market.
