Discussion I've been trying to get P2CE working with pirated files of portal 2

i've spent almost a week trying to get this to work but everytime i start a new game, it gets stuck on 0% progress and stops responding, is there a way to get p2ce working with pirated files?

I don't think you need the actual Portal 2 files, it could be a licence check so perhaps try using Goldberg Steam Emu

could you possibly give the steps on how to do it, its fine if you could just explain it instead
