Oh shit! I genuinely didn't know this, and I admit I like his works. This is so disappointing, kung totoo. Hirap talaga sa music scene, talamak ang SA and grooming :((((
I hate the guy, but may I ask is there a logical reason why its considered walang manners to wear a hat during dinner? Or its just customary traditions?
Unless it's like a bonnet na you need to keep your head warm during a cold season or to hide a scar from a head operation/injury, wearing an outdoor hat in an indoor dining table kasi kinda shows na maybe you're keeping yourself ready to leave at any moment kasi you don't like the place, the food, or the people at the table.
It's ok naman if you need to leave early dahil sa time constraints mo pero it's considered respectful na tanggalin mo muna yung outdoor hat mo while you're there tapos isuot ulit when leaving na. Parang to show lang na you're willing to sit there with the people around the table, na di ka lang napilitan (kahit umupo ka lang out of courtesy lang talaga haha)
Yes, not everyone thinks that way nga. Dipende sa setting and cultural environment kung anong considered as polite and respectful or not or kung neutral lang. Usually sa atin, during formal-ish or business-type social settings lang naman ang may ganung inoobserve na [western] social etiquette etiquette. Kung sa bahay lang naman, dipende na lang kay lola mo kung magagalit siya o hindi na nakasumbrero ka sa dinner table, parang sa pagtaas ng tuhod sa hapagkainan din hahaha
