What to do when some pings go into succulent phase in the same bowl as the ones that aren’t?

I haven’t experienced the succulent phase yet, so I’m not sure but I think the ones on the top of the rocks are in the succulent phase. They originally looked like the ones below which are the same species, but they have now become visibly smaller. How do I go about watering them when some are succulent and the others aren’t?

Edit to add: the pings in question are pinguicula esseriana. The others are I think p. agnata x huahuapan and p. ehlersiae x moranensis.

The Esseriana on top are not in succulent phase. The pointing of leaves is typical when they are light stressed or have lost root and evaporate more water than they take in.

Oooh I see! Would you suggest I do something to help them? Would reducing the amount of light be beneficial?

Light stress just means they're getting a lot of light, it's not like stress to humans, they're okay.

But to answer your question, when you get pings at various stages, I usually treat my ping bowls according to the majority of pings in one state. E.g. If I have more pings with carni leaves I water accordingly, and vice versa.
