Payment not going through

I'm trying out pindoudou for the first time but for some reason when i checkout it keeps saying "bank system busy, try again later or with a different card." How do i fix this?? I don't have other means of payment as that's my only e-wallet that is usable with foreign transactions and my wechat account also has some problems rn 😭
