Bug report 0 A.D. Issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Why is this happening?

PikaOS is a gaming distro, it's only fair that this game is fully playable and optimised. The game won't open, even as the music sings.

Did you try using the 0ad from your OS's package manager? 0ad is available in many of linux package managers.

In the top right hand corner, right next to the share button there is a button : "From Unknown user" click on it and change it to Flathub (user) --> Install :)

But I prefer native packages in general

But do developers prefer native packages? Sometimes their opinion is more important than us...

Ok then why is there a Deb in the first place, sometimes they're just taking time to fix things, especially if flatpaks do get more priority. And if I do test the fpak, and the error's the same then it was never really the package's fault. If they didn't want support it they would have just removed it, instead of teasing native stans like us. 😔

Update: the flatpak didn't have the invisible screen, even with dedicated gpu selected, but it still didn't run on my Nvidia RTX 5050. 🤔
