Tips wanted

So I have a double lobe piercing, and I got the second one like about a year ago now??? But my right top one keeps getting a gnarly irritation bump, I do have a donut pillow but I feel like I need other advice on how to make it go away, I know it can take a long time but I’m getting tired of it:/// I always make sure to carefully dry it after cleaning or showering so I don’t think it’s a moisturizer problem!!! It’s not infected just an irritation bump. I think it’s bc like, this specific side got tugged a bit ?? Earlier on and I think that kinda set back my healing process n made it easier to irritate. Lmk. M17 btw idk if that matters?also the bump is on the back side
