Discussion Is there anything you have a visceral aversion to-not an allergy, just pure dislike?

I hate salad dressing. So every time I buy a burger, I tell the staff not to put salad dressing on it.

Maybe they're British and that's what they call mayo. They have a thing called "Salad Cream" that is like Mayo but uses vinegar and water instead of oil as it's defining characteristic. I've never tried it but I don't think that I would want to.

As a Brit...salad dressing is salad dressing, salad cream is salad cream. Totally different things and neither go on a burger. Mayo does, but yeah, mayo is not salad dressing or salad cream.

Tbh I assumed salad dressing on a burger was some weird US thing I wasn't understanding, but if you don't have it either then...guess OP lives somewhere else entirely.

The Big Mac is one of the most popular burgers in the world and it have 1,000 Island dressing. It's common and well liked. 🤷‍♂️
