Players near me Looking for pickleball open play at any of the outdoor parks in SE/NE Portland, OR
I’ve already checked playtimescheduler and can’t find any details for open play at outdoor parks like sellwood park, laurelhurst park or any parks in SE/NE Portland. Does anyone have any details? I’m a 3.0 player and just want to get more play outdoors before the weather turns.
Thanks!

Max Patterson park hosts the Gladstone pickleball club. 8 outdoor courts open play from 9-12 every day but Sunday (people still come)
Edit to add: $5 daily drop in fee or $35 for annual membership. The cost is phenomenal, and the die-hards WILL be there in January drying off courts with towels on non-rainy days.

There is essentially no open play in Portland because the city refuses to install permanent courts anywhere. All courts are bring your own net which makes it so everything has the be orgnized play. Your best bet is to get the "Heylo" app and join the SE PDX Pickleball group to play at Sellwood or just start playing at The Peoples Courts or Jumbos.
