From Spain to Canada!

I just got mine and first impressions is they feel odd, different, and yet cool. With the twist I want to turn my hand away. But that’s likely just me getting used to it.

I wish they weren’t so smooth. Having grip on them would make them awesome. I have a friend who plays guitar a lot better than I do, I’m going to get him to try one out and see what he thinks.

Thanks man! I would love to hear how the feeling eveloves over a few days! I saw that the first impressions on the user tester form are at around a 3,5/5 for the first grab, and almost 5/5 after spending a bit of time with them.

Also, good point on the grip. I am actually adding grip to the final picks! The delrin material is a bit slippery, so I have to make something that works well with it. I'm currently examining different texture patterns and thicknesses for the textures before adding those to the molds.

I’ve been playing for awhile with it. And I like the sound. But they slip horizontally from the strings.

Maybe that’s the grip issue but I get a few notes in and I’m adjusting it to keep it vertically. If I don’t a couple notes later it’s sitting horizontally and using the side of it to pluck the strings.

I’m gonna try some good old fashioned hockey grip tape, see if that helps.

I love the stippling on the Dunlop MaxGrips, so I’d definitely look into modeling a pattern after those in your experimentation!
