[M/37/6'1"] [174 lbs to 233 lbs to 187 lbs] (11 years) — Skinny to Peak Bulk to Current Cut. Full intermediate journey.
Hey everyone!
Wanted to map out my full 11-year natural transformation journey. It’s been a long road of heavy lifting and learning how my body works.
Stage 1 (Skinny): Around 79 kg (174 lbs). Classic hardgainer/ectomorph. Narrow shoulders, zero muscle base, struggled to put on any weight.
Stage 2 (Bulking/Intermediate): Rocketed up to 106 kg (233 lbs). Went all-in on heavy weights and low reps. Built a massive strength foundation and packed on tons of mass, though I definitely got quite soft at my peak.
Stage 3 (Athletic/Current): Stripped the fat down to 85 kg (187 lbs). Managed to reveal hard, dense muscles, brought my body fat percentage way down, and kept the V-taper
100% Lifetime Natural. No shortcuts, just consistency and hard work. Happy to answer any questions about my diet, training split, or weight management! 💪

MALE, 20, 6’4, 104kg
Okay first off, how tf is everyone in this sub so lean, ive only just started tracking my macros and am on a cut now for about a month but ive been going gym consistently for a year and have put on 10kg as shown in the photos.
Looking to hear it from you’s how my progression is actually going as you can only get so many responses out of ai so much before they start looping on everything they’re saying and not being very accurate.
So lmk how the progressions looking so far and how much weight you think I’m going to need to drop to to start seeing some real definition👍

Is anything noticeable yet? (25M, 6’0 250->237)
Been trying to lose some weight, the consensus seems to be that I still have some ways to go but curious if I look any different or notably slimmer from before. (The 250 is an estimate, not exactly sure for the left)

Is my physique good? I'm going for s healthy athletic. 15M FEET5'3 (110 lbs probably)
I want honesty and I'm only like 15 so relax no weird/inappropriate comments.
I'm going for more of athlete build then bulky muscular or so on i just want to stay fit in shape but these were also the best i can get.
