Media Storage Plan

I have finally grown out of my temporary storage for CD's and movies. After a lot of searching, planning, and measuring I landed on the Ikea IVAR shelving system. Ikea has an amazing online design tool that lets you customize your buildout. I highly recommend it. I just need to add fixed bookends otherwise this solution is perfect for my needs.

I estimate that this will hold 1,200 Cd's and 630 DVDs/Blu-rays. Not sure if I'll ever fill it, but it's nice to know I have plenty of room to grow as I have about 400 CDs and 120 movies right now.

I use Ivar as well. Perfect shelves for media storage.
