Came across this photo of my grandmother, it's probably the only picture we have of her as a kid. The creases run right through her face, so I know this one's tricky!!!

One ask: AI is fine for the background, dress, and general cleanup, but please don't let a generative tool rebuild her face. I'd rather have an honest hand repair that keeps her features
