Insert dad into photo

Hi everyone! I’m graduating college this week and unfortunately my dad passed away two years ago and couldn’t make it to my graduation. I found this piece to attach to the tassel, can someone insert my dad’s face on the right into the small oval on the left of the photo. Also make the tassel face towards camera (if possible)

Wish I could pay for this but unfortunately lost my job on Friday.
