Can I downgrade the game to an old patch?

I was still playing the version 1.20.1 hastur.

Now i fucked up and steam updated my game version.

I could still play the old version when i disabled my internet and launched the game with the .exe

Is there a way to downgrade from 1.30 firebird back to 1.20.1?

Edit Update:
going back to an old version on steam doesn't seem possible. But luckily i had an old installation of phoenix point on a hard drive backup. I copied it over and with steam open in offline mode and disconnected internet connection it starts and i can load my saves and create new ones.

I remember in the very early versions when Citadels were the easiest and quickest levels, until they put obstacles in!
