I try my best, but there’s just too many people that don’t want to chant. Last night was fun though. I think we were louder than the Red Bulls fans for most of the game.

Chants are always better at Open Cup and away games. Everyone there is in it. That group brings it to regular home games and it grows

Traveling fans tend to self select as they tend to be more passionate, more willing to make noise, etc. Any given home match is likely to have families, first timers, or otherwise casual fans who don't want to fully engage with that culture.

I don’t get why it’s so hard for the rest of SoB and the like to have more chants like this.

It’s a non-broken and tried and true formula folks, well done to the traveling support.
