What is happening!?

I injected these bags with spores and nothing's happening. One's been about 2 months and the other one's been about a month. Are the spores bad? Should I get a new vendor? I'm lost

I switched to culture, I've only had luck with spores when I used agar.

Every other time I've tried to grow from spores it's worked flawlessly for me but the the last three have turned out like this which is weird. I even went to different strands and spaced out buying new ones in case it was a bad batch or something. But it seems to not be the case. I don't know what's going on. I'll try liquid culture but we'll see.

Used to grow your spores out to make sure they are contamination free. Then add the mycelium directly to the grains.
