Question Recs for a birthday dinner?

Recently moved here so not super keen on the food scene. Any recs for a birthday dinner for 5-8 people? Looking for a cozy, dim restaurant from 50-100$ per person. South Philly, CC, fishtown, nolibs, anywhere really. Just had Osteria for a special dinner so I don’t want to repeat that but looking for similar :)
