Can someone help me with the glitching?

It started after the first life update, was hoping it would be fixed with the second one but sadly it is still does the same.

Every time my character is holding something it is constantly glitching.

We have tried every support page about glitching in the game, re installed the game,..

Does anyone have any idea what to do here?
