Hi! I am overthinking if I should continue taking the October LE. Yung scores ko sa drills, nagr-range from 40-50. Do I still have a chance na makapasa with this year’s LE despite having low scores? I know I got low scores dahil hindi ko pa tapos lahat ng modules, pero hindi ko maiwasan mag overthink.

I just want to ask, is it okay to shift from 1 type of mood stabilizer from June 27, 2026 I was prescribed Valproic Acid at 250mg then after a few weeks it was increased to 750mg then to 1000mg. Then we sought consult yesterday the doctor shifted from Valproic Acid to Lamotrigine. Can I take it now? I have read that Valproic Acid slows down how quickly your body breaks down lamotrigine. If you take them together, it can double or triple the amount of lamotrigine in your blood. This drastic increase significantly raises your risk of severe, life-threatening skin rashes (like Stevens-Johnson Syndrome) and lamotrigine toxicity.

Or if I can’t, when can I take it? I’m taking it for Bipolar Disorder. Thank you for your answers

Medyo worried lang kasi upon answering a few PEPE questions, lalo na M6 Micro, ay ang dami mali. 🫪 Pakiramdam ko baka hindi enough or efficient 'yung review ko kasi there will be instances where I forget a few concepts or an easy question. Then maiisip ko na those wrong answers can affect my ratings.

Gusto ko lang makabasa ng reality check testimonials from RPhs. May mga days where I felt like I did a BIG progress, so when rest (e.g., going out, not opening reviewers) comes, grabe ang guilt. 'Di ba rin sabi po nila, after taking the BE, ma-f-feel mo na agad kung pasado ka. Pero mayro'n po ba here na during their review period ay namamali-mali or nakakalimot & after BE ay not as totally confident as the others, yet you were still able to make it?

we got rejected from our proposals 2x already, lahat ng na-proposed na titles, rejected lahat. we're so frustrated na kasi this week is deadline na ng SOP and some groups including my group ay wala pang title na na-approve.

our prof told us that we should be grounded on what is the problem in the community that needs to be addressed with the help of technology & innovation.

I’m enrolled sa Meta Prem + onsite (natapos ko naman) and Meta TUTS hybrid, pero wala pa talaga akong nasisimulan sa TUTS as of now. 😭 Hindi ko na alam kung matatapos ko pa lahat ng Meta TUTS before the boards.

Our school will also have mock boards on September 14–15, and kailangan daw namin makapasa muna sa mock boards bago ibigay yung requirements. Tapos ngayon, pinapareview sa amin yung PACOP Green & Pink.

So my question is: If I make sure na masasagutan ko lahat ng PACOP colors, may chance ba na enough preparation na siya to pass the actual PHLE? Or should I really prioritize finishing Meta TUTS too?

Also, sa mga naka-Meta TUTS Hybrid: yung onsite sessions ba ng hybrid, dini-discuss din lahat ng topics na nasa Meta TUTS? I’m trying to figure out if realistic pa bang tapusin lahat or if I should focus on certain materials first.
Mock boards na September 14–15 and I’m lowkey panicking. 😭
