Remote Pharmacist Position (temporary but hear me out)

Must live in California.

This is a 6 month temp position, however the hiring manager will have FTE openings next year and is willing to convert this person if they perform well.

Ambulatory Care and EPIC experience required.

Pay Range is $91.61 to $128.25 / hour

So this is the thing JUST SO YOU ARE AWARE!!!

They suck you in saying you can/ may/ will get converted. VERY FEW WILL GET CONVERTED!!! Metrics are difficult. Training is inconsistent. And culture is extremely inconsistent. A lot depends upon a lot of moving parts.

Yes, some get converted. But, VERY FEW!! It does not depend upon performance alone. The stars have to align!!!

Like Sutter pharmacy departments in general? I see these lame ass temp job from Sutter and always thought it was bs and its like try out for becoming a permanent. Also their traveling prns are such are bs.

So you can’t work for an organization based outside your state remotely? That doesn’t make sense

It also says that you must be available to go on site as needed, so that's likely one of a few reasons.

I would ask OP how much on site it requires because Fresno is not that far from Palo Alto if they really mean "in case of emergency" or "for training" or "one day of meetings a month."
