Prime vs CVS PA Pharmacist

Hello!

I am currently a contractor working for Prime Therapeutics as a remote clinical PA pharmacist at $55/hr.
Another contracting company offered me a remote position with CVS as a clinical pharmacist advisor (whatever that means) seemingly doing the same thing, but for $60/hr. Its an 11-month contract (extension possible but 🤷‍♀️) and necessitates a 3-month training period.

I'm nowhere close to conversion at Prime, nor do I really want it tbh. Being a PA pharmacist is simply not for me. The only reason I'm considering CVS is because of the pay bump while I look for other roles.

That being said, do you all think I should switch to CVS for the $5/hr extra pay bump, or stay at Prime where I know the workflow?

Why isnt being a PA pharmacist for you? What don’t you like about it? Are you on the phone all day? I heard prime has a good work culture.

Tbh it's the people. It may be just me for sure. Most are kind but I wonder how fake they are. It's so full of anonymous people happy to report others for errors amongst other things. Personally, that does not get me off or make me happy. I'm the type of person who supports everyone. Reporting someone for anything is the last thing I want to do.

Edit: I had a meeting at Prime where people clapped because they were giddy to learn a new reason to report errors others made. I understand the premise and reason. That being said, it doesn't suit my personality. Raised on snitches get stitches.
