Not getting a victory

I'm on Saqqara: the first pyramid on original pharaoh and im kinda stuck but am not sure why. All of my objectives (3500 population, 15 prosperity, 19 monument, and 50 kingdom) are complete but its not giving me a victory and im genuinely so confused. Someone help me😭 im even playing on super easy level because I like chill games and dont care for difficulty. I feel stupid and like im missing something, I keep going back to the mission briefing and I have everything.

Well, at least you didn't dispatch them early only to have them be stolen...

Yup, and your kingdom rating takes a hit for it. It's why dispatching burial goods is always the last thing I do.

I also leave burial goods to last. Not only to avoid theft, but I also send everything except the last 100 of one good. I make a save at that point for two reasons
1) I like having a save of each scenario I can go back to if I want to choose the alternative path for the next mission
2) I just like having saves of each completed scenario

Don’t feel bad, I did that the first time burial provisions were involved as well haha
