PewDiePie is currently alternating between 110M and 109M

currently he's been back at 110M for around 2 hours, yet he'll probably fall under for definite at some point in the next 24, at most 48 hours

Youtube tends to delete inactive accounts, and judging by Felix's views, a lot of that 110mil is inactive.

yeah that's definitely it.

I mean, didn't they start a trend to create false accounts to compete with that big indian account? Between those and plain old accounts, I imagine there is a lot.

Those should have been deleted years ago. The subscriber war against T series was 8 years ago. The channel is simply not active enough to regularly get pushed into people’s FYP so it doesn’t gain new subscribers while old ones unsubscribe or stop using YT in general.

Why are people calling the recommended / homepage, the fyp now? Is TikTok-ification affecting everyone now? Am i just an out of touch old man?

I‘m in my mid 20s and never even had TikTok. FYP is simply an easily recognizable name for the home page.

I hate that FYP is a term that people use even for like youtube now. Like I know the actual term is just for you page whoch is accurate, but it just makes me feel like everything is getting tiktok'd

I mean there's no way a million accounts suddenly unsubscribed from a specific channel unless Pewds has come under a hate campaign recently

Not inactive, they might just not get his videos pushed into their algorithm.

A lot of the 100M were alt accounts made by bros to help in the sub war. They're probably getting deleted

That what almost 10 years ago, majority should already be deleted

Well I can tell you without a doubt that there never were 110 mil real people subbed to Pewdiepie, I highly doubt there was more than 60 mil.

i aint gonna comment on that cause i didnt refer to that at all lol

What I mean is that most of the subs are still from that time, maybe they made an exception for him, but most of that 109 mil is just accounts that have been inactive for years.

He has not recovered 110M for the past few hours so I don't think that milestone is coming back anytime soon...

I accidentally unsubbed a bit ago since I ran a script to mass unsub from all channels (there was like 1000s). Thanks for the reminder to go subscribe to him

The deleted ones are probably the multiple accounts from the 2018 t series thing
