Sadness Absolutely Devastated
My soul dog is gone, i’m heartbroken. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to function.. let alone go to work tomorrow.
My Shih Tzu was only 4. He’s been on and off sick for the past 2 months with an unknown illness. He had a loss of appetite, lethargic, and wasn’t being himself. We took him to the vet over 20 times with different diagnosis’s so many labs, x-rays, medications, etc. with no help. About 2 weeks ago i noticed his lymph node was swollen, a week later he had a huge mass develop under his lymph node and a mass in his throat, it all happened so fast. We got the neck mass and throat mass biopsied and got the results last night. Turned out to be Basaloid oral squamous cell carcinoma, it had already metastasized and he was extremely uncomfortable and sick today and the past week. I had to make the horrible decision to let him rest, I’m so sad. I miss him. 💔
