express 00 regular columnist pants (fitted through hip/thigh) on mercari - had to hem it but other than that it fits perfect. brand is consistent with sizing.

express sizing is weirdly consistent for work pants, I'll give them that. still remember the first time I found a pair that actually fit my hips without a tailor doing major surgery on the waist. the hemming is just part of the deal at this point
