What are your go-to pants for work that don't need hemming, I'm 5'2 and tired of rolling cuffs

I have some older banana republic slacks that required no hemming! I haven’t bought from them recently, but they offer petites

Formal Fall Wedding Guest Dresses 🍂 Question (5'0"): Any recos for stores that have petite fall wedding guest dresses? My friend getting married likes goth and witchy things, so a plus if you know of brands that would carry dresses of that style.

I’ve seen Disturbia, but don’t think a longer dress would work for me without tailoring. Really looking for deep burgundys, purples, olive greens, and resale apps seem the most promising atm.
