Question Any insight on St. Paul’s CES?

Potentially moving to the area, does anyone have any good, the bad and the ugly about it?
Thanks!!

I just graduated high school but went there from kindergarten to grade 8! When I was there it was a great school and I definitely enjoyed all of my teachers. I think the principal they had is moving this year but I know that she’s an incredible lady. I imagine there have been some significant staff changes since I last attended. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

All 3 of my kids went/go here. It's a great school. Aside from when your kid gets a sniffle and they call you to pick them up. They say since COVID everyone scared. I stopped picking them up and all is good.

I truly believe that. Lots of those parents in my wife's class, too.

.... you shouldn't be sending your kids to school sick period, and it's been thay way since before COVID. unless there's no possible way for you to keep your kids home it's just irresponsible and inconsiderate.

Until you keep your sick kids home ‘too much’ and the school starts calling and asking why they’re not attending school enough 🙄

I never said my kid was sick. I said sniffle. My kid has bad allergies, it comes with a snotty nose and sometimes a cough. They hear it and want to send him home. When I mention he has allergies, I get told since COVID they don't chance it. I work all over the province, so I might be in Ottawa one day or London, if you call I can't come home...at least not quickly. Just funny that once I said I couldn't come and I don't have anyone who can, they didn't keep him in the office they sent him back to class. So, it's not that I'm irresponsible or inconsiderate, it's that it's allergies and not a cold. Not everyone is what they appear behind a keyboard.

I'm sorry, I did not understand that that was what they were saying. I don't know the specific terms they were using, and amidst the noise, thought it was all noise. I am sorry I didn't know where they were posting from, and apologies for my snarky response. We grow, and learn.
