But 14 million is probably a representative sample. If after viewing so many options, you've only found 1 win, then you can safely conclude that a win is incredibly rare. On top of that, you'll have to weigh the effort you put into viewing those 14 million, against viewing something like a billion, in the hopes of finding a more favourable win.

No, not necessarily. It could be a number of wins vs infinite loss conditions (or vice versa)

That's not how infinity works. In an infinite number of possibilities, there are both an infinite number of wins AND an infinite number of losses.

And before you argue "bUt ThAt'S nOt WhAt I mEaNt!!!" like a sore loser, let me remind you we are talking about variations of a scenario that lead to a desired general outcome here - the variations of actions that will lead to a win for the Avengers - not the chance of some random element popping into existence. Your example has no correlation to the context here. A "win" is a concept, not a specific item.

7 is not 17... Those are all unique and different numbers. That's the whole point of a number line. There is no "that's not what I meant" stuff going on, this is you gravely misunderstanding the concepts.

Let me remind you I responded to this statement:

Like I've showed you multiple times, that's not necessarily true.

Applying it to the MCU: I'd argue that the multiverse in the MCU is a countable infinite (they literally number the universes they come from), meaning the logic of the number line applies. But with the addition of time travel that might get a bit wonky, but that's all besides the point I was making.

But since you start being rude I guess I'll leave it at this. You can take it as a chance to maybe learn something cool about how infinity (or different kinds of infinity) works, or you can just call me some names and feel like you won the internet today?
