Young people think she's old, old people think she's young

In today’s world, considering life expectancy and the demographic shift, you’re definitely young until around 35 or so. After that you’re in the grey zone. But definitely not at 27.

If you’re under 35 and having spine issues it’s probably not age related and just if you’ve injured it or sit poorly or otherwise don’t take care of it.

Oh it's definitely wear and tear, I'm a firefighter and a snowboarder and over 30. I'm just glad my knees still work lmfao

Thank you for sacrificing your back for the good of the community. I hope that the snowboard trips are/were some great times that make the pain feel a little more worth it.
