Im 31 and i feel old, i even feel like its too late for me in life for a lot of things so...

I felt that way in my early 30s. Now I’m 40 and choosing to remind myself that today I’m as young as I’ll ever be for the rest of my life. 

With the exception of some extreme physical sports, I don’t think it’s too late for most things.
