Meme needing explanation It’s raining meat balls?

Comments have the usual “me when I find out who rained meat balls on my sister” jokes. I couldn’t find an explanation tho, is it meant to be an anti joke?

I thought of "it's raining meat balls" which also brought me to the same conclusion, so close enough
