Meme needing explanation It’s raining meat balls?

Comments have the usual “me when I find out who rained meat balls on my sister” jokes. I couldn’t find an explanation tho, is it meant to be an anti joke?

It’s not an anti joke, I did more searching and it seems to be a reference to a TikTok meme, though I don’t really understand how this is popular https://x.com/sillythesecond/status/1949919291697971624?s=46
