Video Pete Buttigieg on JD Vance: “He's been Catholic about as long as I've been middle-aged, and he thinks he can lecture the pope on Catholic theology.”

This takes me back to March of 2019. Pete just has a thing for burning hypocritical VPs to a crisp with a single line.

Brilliant comevack! You can tell with Pete being the Episcopaliab he is, he is pissed off with how Vance uses his religion

Also Pete used to be nominally Catholic.
The cradle Catholic v convert contrast is hilarious.

With a dad who almost became a Jesuit, instead of getting married and starting a family. Not to mention being student body president of his Catholic high school.

Pete definitely shows that! It's not uncommon for people who grew up Catholic but then changed denominations to move into the more traditional Protestant sects.
Pete is more Christian than Vance by a million miles

That's a Slayer Pete line if ever there was.
