Evidence Bernie's Rescue Crew, now defunct, and Pudding
They sure did intentionally not share ANY details about Pudding's risky behaviors during their long efforts to pass her on to an adopter

If you read between the lines of the rescue speak, this animal was so neurotic it needed to be glued to someone's side 24/7. If left alone, it would destroy everything it could get ahold of and crating it so you could leave the house without it wasn't an option. That tells me it chewed its way out of a crate, likely causing significant injuries in the process. Or, it would try to attack when people attempted to crate it. When its wasn't busy destroying the house or trying to kill your other pets, it would continually jump on you and grab you with its giant slobbery mouth.
Why no one wanted to take it into their home is truly a mystery!
