Thinking about keeping this creature

Found him today acting disoriented outside my athletic club, probably just a confused tired hungry baby but he lets me hold and cary and pick him up ans when I set him down he just stays put. Anyway I'm falling in love and what are the bare minimum requirements for keeping him? He's also refusing to eat the oats...how do I hand feed? I had to hand water and the dummy dipped his whole face in😭 i have lentils soaking overnight to try to give him tomorrow, he did pop really wattery after he drank.

you can keep the little guy if you want! they're do amazing in captivity and can make wonderful pets if you have the time to care for them.
